「慣性收視」是香港一個坊間的論述，描述收視率長期傾向於無綫電視。而相信這一個論述的人都認為收視並非取決於「質素」，而是「慣性」，會令「不享有慣性收視」的亞洲電視難以取得較高的收視率。
