首次整餅成功,僅與大家分享recipe.

材料:
Base: Chocolate HobNobs 300g一包我用左2/3包; 適量Margarine
Banana Layer: 適量的蕉 enough to cover the whole surface
Toffee: Condensed Milk - 400g would be enough
Cream Layer: Double Cream - 我買左600ml用左一半
Special Utensils:
盒/ 蛋糕盤
電飯煲
Cream whipper
做法:
Base: 整到D餅勁碎,+熱Margarine,搞埋一堆,鋪底 (just like how you normally do a biscuit base)
Banana Layer: 切蕉 + 密鋪平面
Toffee: 最麻煩的步罩,基本上我將成罐condensed milk唔開蓋放左入電飯煲用粥mode煲左兩個鐘.(煲耐D無泄底.) 煲完用凍水cool down 放左十五分鐘.(記住cool down o'wise D toffee可能會噴出來.) 開罐就發現condesned milk已經變左toffee la... 係唔係好神奇lei.
***一定一定,唔好直接煲/ microwave condesned milk,i.e.記住隔水煲. 經驗話我知九成九會burnt.放入電飯煲la...你literally唔使理佢for 2 hours.(當然最好唔好行開.)
Cream Layer: 打Cream打到"識企" (我用手動打左20分鐘,邊打邊睇戲 lol).
鐘意就灑D cocoa powder面la =V=
